I've spent my career making life easier for millions of us. Corporate giants, startups, agencies in between. I design the end-to-end experience and feature sets. Then I ship it. I also manage designers. At Verizon's financial services, I was the Design Manager, setting strategy and designing core experiences. I'm still a product design practitioner, moving quicker with the aid of AI.

As a Principal Designer, I led the team that launched Verizon's first smart home app. Millions of households run it. 

I led design for network management software. And a conversational AI built on Verizon and Amazon Alexa.

Further back in my career, I built Web.com's design system from nothing. It was for three brands. I led the designers and engineers, and we made it real.

Agencies too. Huge, R/GA, BBDO. Work for HBO, Nike, Comcast, FedEx.

Ambiguous problems are where I do my best work. I work primarily in product design, leadership, strategy, financial and SaaS products, and AI design systems. I use AI as a copilot throughout my workflow.

Outside the day job, I teach art.
